About The artist

Hello and welcome! My name is Amanda, and I'm a digital artist based in Raleigh, North Carolina. I graduated from the NC State College of Design in 2015, with a concentration in New Media + Design - which is a really fancy way of saying I want to draw dnd characters and play video games for a living!

I've drawn characters for as long as I can remember. Growing up, it was sketching my own, home-made Pokemon cards, then that slowly grew into straight-up copying Final Fantasy portraits, and then it became idolizing Tolkien's Lord of the Rings (with a little Naruto sprinkled in there somewhere). I love epic, sweeping narratives, beautifully designed characters, and the ingenuity that's found in fantasy and science fiction - I also just really love drawing!
